Welcome to Stafly. Please read these Terms and Conditions ('Terms') carefully before using the Stafly mobile application. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY PART OF THE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THE SERVICE. B2B/B2C LOGISTICS TOOL: Stafly legally operates strictly as a private logistical coordination software via invitation.

SEC 011. HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT (CRITICAL)

BY USING STAFLY, YOU ASSUME 100% OF THE RISK ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ROUTE OR TRIP. STAFLY IS EXCLUSIVELY A LOGISTICAL COORDINATION AND MAPPING SOFTWARE. WE ARE NOT A SECURITY COMPANY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ESCORTS NOR GUARANTEE YOUR PHYSICAL SAFETY OR INTEGRITY. Release of Liability: STAFLY AND ITS DEVELOPERS EXPLICITLY AND LEGALLY DISCLAIM ANY CIVIL OR CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTS OCCURRING DURING THE USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: KIDNAPPINGS, ASSAULTS, ROBBERIES, ROADBLOCKS, PERSONAL INJURIES, VEHICULAR DAMAGE, ACCIDENTS, OR DEATH.

SEC 022. SOS ALERTS AND EMERGENCIES

THE STAFLY 'SOS' FUNCTION IS STRICTLY AN INTERNAL ALERT. • Limitation: The SOS button EXCLUSIVELY sends a 'Push Notification' to the devices of the members within your private trip. • Lack of Authority: THE SOS BUTTON DOES NOT CONTACT 911, THE POLICE, NOR ANY GOVERNMENTAL OR RESCATE AGENCY. • Connectivity: Requires internet. Without a network signal, the alert is stored locally but WILL NOT BE SENT until coverage is recovered. We are not responsible for battery failures or lack of cellular signal.

SEC 033. PRIVATE USE AND CONTENT

3.1 Nature of the Service

Stafly is not a public social network. Trips are organized privately by agencies or organizers, and access is strictly by invitation. Location is temporarily shared only with members of your authorized group.

3.2 User Conduct

The user is solely responsible for the legality of the trips they organize or participate in. We reserve the right to deactivate your account without prior notice if the platform is used to facilitate illegal activities.

SEC 044. MAP AND NAVIGATION ACCURACY

Navigation depends exclusively and directly on your device's GPS hardware. • Routes may contain errors or be outdated. • Stafly does not guarantee the accuracy, recency, or safety of any displayed route. • NEVER use Stafly as your sole orientation tool in hostile or remote environments.

SEC 055. ACCOUNTS, PAYMENTS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

5.1 Account Management

You may permanently delete your account and irreversibly erase your data from the 'Settings' section.

5.2 Payments ('Stafly Passes')

All purchases of Passes or Subscriptions are processed via official stores (Apple/Google). Refund requests must be handled directly with the respective store, following their policies.

SEC 066. OFFLINE MAPS

Offline maps require prior downloading. You are responsible for downloading cartographic data BEFORE entering areas without network coverage. Stafly assumes no liability if you are stranded without downloaded maps.

SEC 077. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Stafly Service (software, design, trademarks) is the exclusive property of its developers. Reverse engineering or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

SEC 088. EXTERNAL LINKS

We do not control and assume no responsibility for third-party websites or services linked from our application.

SEC 099. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
